EyeMed will be the new voluntary vision carrier effective September 1, 2017. Employees may only enroll during the annual enrollment period and may not make changes during the benefit year except in the case of a Special Enrollment Right or a Qualifying Event.
It is important to note that all products (medical, dental, vision and life insurance) are offered independent of each other. Therefore, employees may choose to enroll in any of the products or all of the products offered. Employees should review the plans carefully and contact EyeMed with any questions.
